1. Who we are

Callnox provides AI-powered lead reactivation services for US kitchen remodelers. This policy explains what data we collect from customers and the leads they upload, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account & billing info: name, email, payment details (processed by Stripe).
• Lead data you upload: names, phone numbers, email addresses, and prior project notes.
• Call and SMS interaction data: outcomes, transcripts, timestamps, and recordings where permitted.
• Usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, cookies.

3. How we use it

To deliver the service you purchased — calling and SMS-ing your leads, booking callbacks to your calendar, sending receipts and onboarding info, and improving the product.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers (Stripe for payments, telephony and AI providers for calling/SMS, Supabase for storage) under contract. We do not sell your data.

5. Lead consent (TCPA)

You represent that you have a prior business relationship and/or appropriate consent to be contacted by phone and SMS for every lead you upload. Callnox honors STOP and opt-out requests automatically.

6. Retention & security

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
