Terms & Conditions

1. The service

Callnox uses AI voice agents and SMS to reactivate old leads you supply. For each lead, we make up to 10 call attempts over 5 days and send up to 1 SMS per day to engage them. Qualified callbacks are booked into your calendar.

2. Packages & payment

You pay upfront for a fixed number of leads (Starter, Standard, Pro) or a deposit for Custom volume. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Refund policy

100% refundable up to the end of your onboarding call. After campaigns begin, fees are non-refundable for leads already processed.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Only upload leads with whom you have a prior business relationship and/or proper consent to contact by phone and SMS (TCPA compliance).
  • Provide accurate lead data and calendar access during onboarding.
  • Honor and respond to qualified callbacks we book.

5. Results disclaimer

Testimonials reflect individual experiences. We do not guarantee a specific number of callbacks, appointments, or closed jobs from any campaign.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Callnox to contact lists obtained without consent, send spam, or violate any applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

Callnox's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
